[º] [Becoming-Ljubljanastrophe]

“Catastrophe is the past coming apart.
Anastrophe is the future coming together.”

Two months ago, all the way back in late April 2026, Becoming visited Ljubljana, to participate in a conference in collaboration with Šum Journal and our mutual friends and peers in the local theory scene. It was an intensive schedule packed into a two day programme, covering topics from black holes to psychosis, loosely organized around the common theme of the internet, the digital, cyberspace and their discontents. It was a pleasure to spend that time together, and we have nothing but gratitude for everyone who helped organize, presented, attended, and listened thoughtfully to what we—a network of outsiders—had to share.
